How many drivers are allowed?
Additional drivers for both motorhome and campervan hire can be accommodated by adding them to the insurance policy, though this incurs an extra cost. The hire cost as displayed on our website pertains to one named driver only.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we extend a warm welcome up-to two well-behaved dogs with our motorhome and camper hire. An additional surcharge applies for bringing your furry companions. Please ensure to discuss this with us before finalizing your booking.
Do you offer alternative pick-up services, such as train station collection?
Certainly! We are pleased to provide local collection and delivery options for your convenience. Please note that an additional charge will apply. Feel free to request this service during the booking process.
Can I leave my car on your premises?
Absolutely, we offer complimentary parking on our premises for our valued customers. However, please be aware that we do not accept liability for your vehicle while it’s parked on our premises.
Do you accept non-UK driving licenses?
Yes, both full UK and EU driving licenses are valid for our hires.
Are there any age restrictions on the driver?
To ensure eligibility, the driver should be aged between 25 and 75 with no more than 6 points on their license.
Is there a mileage limit?
No need to worry about mileage restrictions! Feel free to explore the UK mainland to your heart’s content during your hire period.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
We require a holding deposit of £950.00 for the motorhome and £750.00 (UK) or £1250 (Europe) for the campervan, which is fully refundable upon return and inspection.
Should I bring my own linen and bedding?
Yes, please remember to bring your own bedding and linen for a comfortable stay. We are unable to provide linen or bedding for your trip.
What documents do I need to bring?
Please ensure you bring a valid driver’s license along with two documents that serve as proof of address. These documents should be utility bills or bank statements dated within the last 2 months.
How do I book?
You can call or email us to request your booking dates. If your requested dates are available, you can secure your reservation with a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total hire. The full balance due within 6 weeks of the hire date.
Is there a minimum night hire?
Yes, there is a 2-night minimum hire for the campervan hire and a 3-night hire for the motorhome. However, we do occasionally offer 1- and 2-night special offers announced on Facebook.
