We are Mick and Michelle, and we own Elite Escapes Motorhome and Campervan Hire Morecambe. We are direct motorhome owners in Morecambe offering short– and long-term hire. Initially, we bought the vehicles for our family to enjoy. As we both work full-time, our little staycations mean the world to us. Therefore, we wanted to allow others to make their memories whilst we are not using them ourselves.

The name Elite Escapes comes from Mick’s scaffolding business based in Morecambe, Elite Scaffolds. He purchased the motorhome so we could get away together as a family. Between running a business, working full time, parenting three children and our dogs we know life gets hectic. Our motorhome and campervan allow us the freedom to explore the UK and find peaceful escapes for quality time together.

We live in a little coastal village called Heysham which overlooks the breathtaking Morecambe Bay. You may have heard of Morecambe from the popular TV show The Bay, or perhaps the legendary Eric Morecambe. The area has abundant interesting history combined with the rich culture of nearby Lancaster. You wouldn’t have to travel far to find a local beauty spot to set up camp for the night. We are also excited for the planned arrival of The Eden Project Morecambe which will bring more tourism to the area.
